TROWELS are used to polish concrete, and in turn polish it, giving a smooth or polished finish to concrete floors. The motor and the blades (blades) of smoothing provide the floor with the right flatness for a professional finish in each of the floors worked.

At present we can find various types and models of trowels for concrete and for different applications or jobs. These are the four main types:

 1) Simple 24 " Electric or Gasoline Walk-behind Trowels:

 His specialty lies in the simple finishes and edges, because it is due to its low weight and its rotating frame that allows it to have a simple and wide access to narrow places where no larger machinery arrives.  2 and 3) 36 "and 48" Electric or Gasoline Walk-behind Trowels:

We are talking about a professional tool created to scrape concrete to leave a "mirror" (polished) appearance; It is common to find this type of finishing in shopping centers, parking lots, self-service warehouses and industrial warehouses. These types of places are the clearest examples of when people decide not to invest in marble or tile, as the heavy traffic of people or vehicles damages the investment.

 The simplest can be used to float, burn, polish concrete, and are powered by a gasoline engine of 5.5 H.P. and 9 H.P. depending on the case, turning it into an economical tool and facilitating its work in any place because it does not need electric current.

 4) Ride-on Trowels:

 They are also known as "on-board operator" or "helicopters" and have 20 H.P. very practical at the time of the elaboration of broad floors, prolonged works usually found in industrial buildings of more than 2,000 m³ with concrete thicknesses greater than 20 cm. The hardness of the concrete and setting accelerators need a lot of work speed and weight increase, but this type of machine provides it. These straighteners are characterized by their integrated set of wheels therefore allow a high degree of maneuverability in the work. A jack lowers the wheels in the central part of the machine, therefore the wheel set does not interfere with the operator's visual field during its use, achieving a high quality concrete finish.
